This is a fantastic, flavorful dressing for green or pasta salad. The tang of the parmesan is balance by the punch of black pepper. This dressing is easy, easy, easy.
2 T White balsamic, wine or champagne vinegar
2 T Water
1 T Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 t freshly ground black pepper
1/2 t granulated garlic
1/3 C Finely grated parmesan cheese
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until combined, use immediately or refrigerate. Or put everything in a mason jar and shake, shake, shake.
